I used KA Super Water Plug to stop a trickle of water ingress into a car pit in my garage at the side of the house. Then 2 coats of KA Slurry. The water plug stopped the water flow instantly.
Yet to be used but I think it's just what is needed.

very fast at plugging leaks. be careful not to mix too much as per instructions. suggest mix a tiny bit with a drop of water to get used to it and how it works before making a larger batch.
