Return within 30 days (change of mind / no longer needed)
We offer a 30-day returns policy on the majority of our items*, as long as the item is unused, undamaged and unopened**, rest assured we will accept your return and give a full refund if the above conditions are met. We only ask that the postage is covered by yourself.
In this case there is no need to let us know you are returning the product, simply:
1. Complete the returns slip on the form here: DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM
2. Include it in your parcel with your order details / invoice
3. Return to (making sure to keep proof of postage):

** Some products that are made to order or personalised cannot be returned.
If you are unfamiliar with sending parcels, we recommend either Royal Mail via your local post office or services such as Parcel2Go.
Return for product / delivery issue
In both of the below cases, please REMEMBER TO INCLUDE the returns slip found here: DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM
On the rare occasion, if your item is damaged on arrival please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the item so we can organise a new item to be delivered and ask that the damaged item be returned (we will issue a returns label / process where needed).
On the event of a defect being found upon install or use please contact us immediately to allow us to resolve the issue in accordance to manufacturer/supplier terms and conditions.

EU Consumers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Electronic Withdrawal Function)
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their contract within 14 days of receiving their goods using our dedicated online Electronic Withdrawal Function.
How to withdraw electronically:
● Click the "Withdraw from Contract" link in the footer of our website at www.buildandplumb.co.uk, or go directly to: www.buildandplumb.co.uk/withdraw.
● Enter your Order ID and the email address used at checkout to look up your order.
● Submit the two-step withdrawal form. You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately, recording the date and time of your withdrawal.
Your 14-day withdrawal period is deemed exercised on the date you successfully submit the form — you do not need to contact us separately.
Returning your item after withdrawal:
Once you have submitted your digital withdrawal, please return the item to us within 14 days using the standard returns process below. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will process your refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving evidence that you have sent it back, by the original payment method.
