DeWalt F1 Drill Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Build and Plumb, registered office J T Dove Ltd, Riverside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear NE15 8SF, United Kingdom. By entering the entrant is agreeing to all terms and conditions. Prize is non-negotiable or transferable. No alternatives or cash alternatives for the prize are available. 

Build and Plumb reserves the right to end, extend or amend the competition, or these terms and conditions at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. Build and Plumb will notify entrants as soon as possible if there are to be any changes made to the competition.  

Should the preferred supplier cease trading before the prize is provided, Build and Plumb reserves the right to substitute the prize provider.  

Any disputes in relation to entries to this competition will be settled in the absolute discretion of Build and Plumb.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

Insofar as permitted by law, Build and Plumb, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury or death caused by its negligence and fraud).  

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

Eligibility:

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Build and Plumb, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or involved in administering or judging the competition are not eligible to enter.

How to enter:

Follow our facebook page, like the competition post, and tag at least one other person in the comments. You’ll then be automatically entered into our prize draw to win a DeWalt limited-edition F1 McLaren Combi Drill.

Once the promotion ends, all entries will be compiled. A random number generator will then be used to select one winner, who will receive the prize at a later date.

Giveaway Timings:

The giveaway opens at 4PM on 29.06.26 and closes at 11:59 PM on 06.07.26. Entries received after the Prize Draw End Date will not be accepted.
