Dry Verge Systems

Modern, Maintenance-Free Roofing Solutions

An innovative roofing solution, a dry ridge system secures ridge tiles along the peak of your roof. It utilises mechanical fixings and a ventilated ridge roll, removing the necessity for traditional mortar. This method offers a weatherproof, durable, and maintenance-free finish, making it a popular choice for new builds and roof refurbishments.

What Is a Dry Ridge System?

A dry ridge system provides a robust contemporary alternative to outdated mortar-based techniques. It securely fastens ridge tiles using specialised components such as ridge caps, closure strips, and mechanical fasteners. A crucial element is the ventilated ridge roll, strategically placed beneath the tiles, which allows for the natural expansion and contraction inherent with temperature changes.

This innovative design guarantees enduring flexibility and unwavering security, effectively withstanding severe weather conditions and preempting typical issues like mortar cracking or tile dislocation.
