The service was efficient, the cost was reasonable and the item arrived on the last day of the predicted delivery range. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is they used Royal Mail whose so called tracking program didn’t give me any updates until a couple of hours before it was delivered. I therefore wasn’t certain it would arrive when I needed it.
