Colour & Sample Disclaimer

The colours, textures and finishes of our bricks displayed on this website are intended as a guide only. Due to differences in display screens, lighting conditions, and the natural variation inherent in brick production, the actual product may not exactly match the online image. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you request a physical sample before placing a final order to ensure you are satisfied with the appearance.

Returns & Restocking

This restocking charge only covers handling and restocking—it does not include the cost of returning the item(s) to the manufacturer, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must comply with our Returns Policy (including timeframes, packaging, and inspection), and the product must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return acceptance (subject to the restocking charge as noted).
