Introducing our multi-purpose fibrous waterproofing roof membrane, an innovative solution for your roofing needs. This one-component, UV-stable, solvent-based membrane is designed to offer exceptional protection and versatility. It acts as a reliable barrier against water ingress while allowing trapped moisture to escape and evaporate naturally.

With fibre reinforcement pre-dispersed in the can, it ensures ease of application and provides instant waterproofing. This coating adheres excellently, even in damp conditions, and is perfect for a range of roof structures including flat and pitched roofs, corrugated asbestos, roof lights, and more. Its seamless, flexible nature makes it an ideal choice for bridging small gaps and cracks while offering superb solar reflectivity. Before application, ensure your surface is structurally sound, clean, and free from contaminants. Metal surfaces should be brushed to remove any residue and provide a suitable key for adhesion. The product's high tolerance to damp surfaces means priming is often unnecessary, though an adhesion test is advised. While SEALACRYL can be applied with ease using a brush or roller in just one coat, a second coat ensures a more uniform finish. Drying times may vary but typically span 24 hours depending on ambient conditions.
