DOWSIL 798 Cold and Clean Room Sealant is specifically designed for sealing in refrigeration units, coldrooms, and other areas with high humidity that might be prone to mildew or bacteria growth. It is a one-part silicone sealant that requires no mixing and dries quickly while forming an almost invisible film to protect surfaces from water, oils, and dust. This sealant is highly effective thanks to its neutral curing system that releases very low levels of odors while expanding to form an elastic seal against movement.

Its low modulus properties make it highly flexible so the seal remains intact even after temperatures and weather conditions change. Plus, this silicone sealant is incredibly durable and resistant to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, temperature extremes, and more. With superior performance at extreme climates and as a bacteriostatic sealant, DOWSIL 798 meets ISO 11600-F&G-25LM standards for all your projects.
