Zinsser's Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus Primer is a cutting-edge water-based solution that excels in both interior and exterior painting projects. This next-generation primer, sealer, and stainkiller provides performance levels typically associated with solvent-based counterparts, including exceptional adhesion and stain-blocking capabilities. What sets Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus apart is its unrivaled ability to block a wide range of stains. It resists re-wetting, effectively preventing water-soluble stains and sealing oil-soluble ones. This means that many projects can be accomplished with just this single primer. It can even be applied directly over water and smoke stains. This primer boasts unparalleled adhesion and effortlessly handles tricky surfaces like glossy finishes, ceramic tiles, non-ferrous metals, vinyl, and more. It contains a biocide that safeguards against fungal degradation, making it perfect for high-humidity areas. Furthermore, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus is eco-friendly with ultra-low VOC content. It dries quickly in just 30 minutes and can be recoated in as little as 1 hour. This primer is a game-changer in the world of primers and sealers.
