Experience the durability and style of Palio Core Modena, featuring a rigid core LVT construction with a foam backing. This design provides enhanced robustness on uneven subfloors and acoustic benefits when installed above ground level.

Modena showcases the bleached blonde and frosted honey tones of North American oak. Enhanced with a light finish to emphasise its original colouring, Modena features wide grain detailing that creates a warm, neutral floor. Laid in an on-trend herringbone pattern, the smaller (596mm x 149mm) planks emphasise the wide grain detailing. Modena is also available in a (1220mm x 179mm) full length plank design.

Quick and easy to install with a patented click-locking mechanism, it requires no underlay and is compatible with underfloor heating.
