Introducing the innovative 6ft Decibel Noise Reduction Panel from Forest Garden, a remarkable solution for homeowners seeking both aesthetic appeal and performance. This cutting-edge panel employs a clever design that effectively combines great looks with superior noise reduction capabilities.

Crafted with 17mm thick section boards that interlock seamlessly using extended Tongue & Grooves, it ensures there are no gaps across its surface, maximising its ability to reflect and diffuse unwanted noise. The panels are mounted in a rebated frame, further preventing potential sound leakage. Featuring Triform technology, each board boasts a triangular profile on both sides, breaking up sound waves and enhancing noise reduction. Independent tests have shown this panel can lower noise levels by up to 30 decibels, akin to reducing the roar of a petrol lawnmower to the gentle hum of normal conversation. Designed with both function and form in mind, the Decibel panel effortlessly complements any garden setting, making it a versatile choice for homeowners. To achieve optimal performance, the panel should be installed ensuring no gaps remain for noise infiltration. This can be accomplished by mounting it directly onto slotted fence posts or by screwing it firmly to wooden posts, avoiding the use of brackets that could create gaps. For even greater efficacy, consider mounting the panels on gravel boards to extend the fence height beyond two metres. With smooth-planed, pressure-treated timber guaranteed against rot for 15 years, and crafted from responsibly sourced materials, the Decibel panel is an asset to any outdoor space, promising both peace and elegance for years to come.
