A self cutting isolation valve is extremely useful when an additional water supply is needed from existing pipework. The clamp is simply fixed around your pipework and the valve then screws in forming a connection in to the pipe. All this is done without the need to drain the system prior making it an excellent solution with the added bonus giving you individual control of the newly formed supply.

15mm Self Cutting Isolation Valve

I bought two of these. This is a very impressive, cleverly designed product that has saved me a very messy and long winded task of adding an off-shoot supply to a new radiator on my central heating system. It is quite ingenious and seals effectively before it cuts into the main supply through rotation. I am delighted with my purchase and they are so easy to use.
