Manthorpe's GL250-035-PU drop down loft door provides a loft access solution where the focus is on design. A sleek and contemporary aesthetic means this loft door is well suited to modern style homes and new builds.

The unique multi-point catch system forms a draught seal around the door, enabling this product to easily meet the air leakage requirements of Part L of the Building regulations and also prevents the ingress of moist warm air in to the roof space which leads to condensation and heat loss.

Pretty good, a bit flimsy but I'm confident it will stop any warm air getting into the loft
