This torque system is expertly designed for precise and safe screw tightening, particularly for electronic applications. This comprehensive tool set includes a torque screwdriver handle with an ergonomically integrated numeric scale that allows for variable torque adjustments between 0.8 and 5.0 Nm, alongside a screwdriver with a SoftFinish® electric slimVario bit holder.

Users can look forward to the convenience of nine slimBits and essential accessories such as a bit holder and adjusting tool, all neatly organised within a durable, high-grade bag. This thoughtful design not only ensures ease of use but also includes the manufacturer's inspection process report, underscoring the rigour of quality control. With an audible and physically discernible signal indicating torque production, the TorqueVario®-S provides process-safe torque mechanics, thereby preventing material damage and eliminating the need for rework. Built to meet DIN EN ISO 6789 standards with a release accuracy of +/-6%, this torque tool offers robust reliability and precision. The ClicFix bit holder ensures a secure grip on the 75 mm slimBits, which facilitate access to recessed screws thanks to their effective insulation. Adhering to the international IEC 60900 standard, both the torque screwdriver and slimBits are routinely tested for safe operation on live components up to 1,000 V AC, offering professionals peace of mind in electrical settings.
