Introducing our innovative battery-powered pipe bender, designed for small and intermediate production runs at factories or worksites. Engineered to handle pipes up to 35mm in copper and 40mm in multi-layer materials, this powerful tool saves time and energy with its unique manual bend die return feature.

The lightweight yet robust aluminium casing, combined with a PP handle reinforced with fibreglass, ensures durability and ease of use. With its precisely engineered components, including a speed controller for accurate bending and a self-adjusting clutch for effortless gearbox engagement, you'll achieve professional results every time. Enjoy long operational life with 130 bending operations on a single battery charge, courtesy of its dual 18V - 2 Ah batteries. Our pipe bender also offers practical design features that make it ideal for varied on-site applications. The clear space around the bend die accommodates multiple bending operations from any angle, while the articulated hook allows for quick and easy pipe fitting and removal. The device's drive shaft is indexed every 90 degree for simple repositioning, ensuring seamless transition between tasks. Whether working on the flat or vertically with longer pipes, the two tripod housings provide additional stability and flexibility. Plus, switch and secure both bend and pressure dies swiftly without tools, optimising your workflow and preventing damage to pipes.
