This one-component, solvent-based coating offers an exceptional waterproof barrier that prevents water ingress while allowing trapped moisture to escape and evaporate naturally.

Engineered with UV stability, it maintains its integrity against solar exposure and exhibits superb solar reflectivity. The product is infused with pre-dispersed fibre reinforcement, making it incredibly easy to apply without the need for additional mixing. Designed for instant protection, it adheres excellently to a variety of surfaces, including flat and pitched roofs, corrugated asbestos, roofing felt, and more. Its one-coat application results in a seamless, fully flexible membrane that effortlessly bridges small gaps and cracks, offering durable protection in various weather conditions. To ensure optimal performance, prepare the surface by ensuring it's structurally sound and free of contaminants such as grease and dirt. SEALACRYL, our chosen membrane, conveniently requires no primer on most surfaces and tolerates damp conditions although a dry surface is preferable for best results. For application, use a brush or roller and focus on detailing areas prone to excessive movement by incorporating additional reinforcement if needed. Allow approximately 24 hours for drying, depending on temperature and ventilation, and clean your tools with paraffin or Bond It White Spirit.
